James Acaster challenged Piers Morgan over his love of black music and appeared to strike a chord
Piers Morgan has been on Twitter telling people just how much he really, really likes black music.
He was responding to writer Bola Agbaje who said this after Alex Mann – you remember, the lad who performed with grime star Dave at Glastonbury – appeared with Morgan on Good Morning Britain.

So Morgan, never less than keen to have his picture taken with famous people, said this.
Here’s me hating black music @bolaagbaje: pic.twitter.com/2atHm3kk09

Turned out Agbaje wasn’t. impressed by Morgan’s response.

And neither, it appears, was comedian James Acaster, who had this challenge for the GMB man.

And this is how it ended up.
Oh pipe down you virtue-signalling little tw*t. I can’t name ONE funny joke you’ve ever cracked, that’s for sure. https://t.co/3GRSfxYw0H

Is that a lyric by Snap Diggy Digg?

That’s hilarious! No wonder you’re on Mock The Week every six months when someone drops out. https://t.co/cEM9myIrHz
