This Tory MP wins “Brexit self-own of the week” – our 15 favourite burns
We’ve grown accustomed to Brexiters shooting themselves in the foot, with Nigel Farage’s recent “little plane” fiasco, Boris Johnson claiming to know more about the car industry than the CEO of Jaguar Land Rover and Ben Bradley drawing everyone’s attention to the fact that Brexit is like a disaster movie. The phenomenon is so common, we may have to make it a regular weekly feature, just to fit them all in. This week’s involves Tory MP, Daniel Kawczynski, who posted this shocking self-own.

One shouldn't throw the word "treason" around. But isn't lobbying a foreign power to subvert the decisions of parliament close to treasonable?https://t.co/HvOd9ex7Ls
