This old British pork ad has gone viral because it’s ‘easily the most sinister advert ever made’
The fabulous ‘Scarred for Life’ – @ScarredForLife2 – over on Twitter shines a light on the ‘dark, scary pop culture of the 70s and 80s’ and very well worth a follow it is (they’ve got books too).
And we mention them because this particular tweet has just gone especially viral, an old British pork ad which will bring back eerie memories for anyone who remembers it from the time, and will be a proper eye-opener for anyone who doesn’t.

The other thing about that ad is the pork is served dry. No gravy or anything as that’d mask the texture and taste of the precious meat he’d harvested probably down the local park.
