This Welsh MP’s point-by-point takedown of Boris Johnson’s ‘big calls’ was magnificently done
The government predictably won a vote of confidence in the Commons, meaning Boris Johnson will be in Downing Street until the Tory party finally elects a new leader, some time in September.
But Monday’s debate wasn’t entirely wasted – far from it – because it featured this contribution from Geraint Davies, the Labour MP for Swansea West, taking down each of the ‘big calls’ Johnson has apparently got right.
And it’s a magnificent watch.
