ScotRail’s first class takedown of this troll just gets better and better

Late contender for takedown of the week comes this exchange from ScotRail over on Twitter after the train company shared a post to mark Trans Day of Remembrance, which each year honours those lost to transphobic violence.

This being Twitter, of course, not everyone was pleased and naturally took the opportunity to share their feelings with everyone else.

And we’re glad they did because ScotRail’s response was first class.

And it didn’t terminate there.

And here’s just a bit of the love people were feeling for Angus.

It’s not the first time ScotRail has excelled at this sort of thing.

You might remember when they did this …
