Jamie Carragher’s hilarious attempt at an American accent is the stuff of nightmares

Here’s a minute or so that’s making everyone’s day better.

It’s the moment Liverpool footballer turned pundit Jamie Carragher was challenged by presenter Kate Abdo to do an American accent at the end of CBS’s Champions League coverage on Wednesday.

And it’s fair to say he wasn’t exactly man of the match (the responses of his fellow pundits Thierry Henry and Alex Scott surely say it all).
