It’s always a delight to see an unfair one-star review given the treatment it deserves.

Very often their decision to troll a business in public turns into a complete self-own, giving the owner the chance to put their (typically entirely convincing) side of the story.

And this is a classic case in point, shared by whimsicalwiish over on Reddit who said: ‘Brand is NOT having it.’
