Someone put this second hand ‘Ted from Postman Pat love doll’ up for sale and there are questions, so many questions

In today’s instalment of stuff people put up for sale on Facebook comes this monstrosity, a second hand ‘Ted from Postman Pat love doll’ that apparently arrived by mistake.

Is there any other way it could arrive?
