Reality star Erica Dixon put herself in the firing line for some snappy comebacks when she tweeted about her unvaccinated children’s good health.

My twins are 22 yo. Vaccinated for everything and have never been sick. Graduated college at the top of their class and are now productive citizens who will not pass diseases on to others.
