A climate change denier argued with the wrong person and the payoff was glorious
Climate change deniers get their information from such reputable sources as *checks notes* Breitbart, Donald Trump, that YouTube channel where the bloke also thinks the Earth is flat.
This probably explains why they think other people have similarly ropey information. An exchange from a post linking religion and climate change denial was shared on Reddit, showing just such an assumption laid delightfully bare.
They added a swipe at the fitness of the other person to comment on the issue.
Bad mistake.
There was even an extra sting in the tail.
Ouch!
Readers of the subreddit, r/dontyouknowwhoiam enjoyed the perfect clapback and left these comments.

Sadly expertise is exactly what antivaxers, flat earthers etc don’t care about. It’s just a weapon to question the expertise of others.
