Michael Spicer was in the room next door to that Andrew Marr interview – for all the good it did
Boris Johnson’s interview with Andrew Marr has been fact checked by independent auditors, and they’re confident he got Andrew Marr’s name right, but that’s about it. Marr struggled to get the Prime Minister to answer the questions he was asked and the whole thing descended into chaos, prompting Michael Spicer to say this:
Can't do anything with the #marr interview because it was essentially two men trying to cut each other off. We've reached a new low in both politics and meaningful debate. Well done everyone!
