Prince Andrew has announced he will “step back from public duties for the foreseeable future” following mounting pressure in the wake of his Newsnight interview about his friendship with convicted child sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein.
The Duke of York put out a statement on Twitter in which he also said he was “willing to help any appropriate law enforcement agency with their investigations, if required” over the US probe into Epstein, who died in prison in the U in August.
