A restaurant gave out free sandwiches to ‘everyday heroes’ and suddenly everyone wanted one
In today’s episode of ‘people wanting something for free’ – or maybe, ‘people pissed off because someone was getting something for free and they weren’t’ – comes this American fast food chain which thought it would do its bit for ‘everyday heroes’.
It did this by giving them all a free sandwich. Not everyone mind, just nurses, teachers, police officers, firefighters … anyway, you get the idea.
Except a lot of people didn’t get the idea, they really didn’t. And it turned into this, shared by emleth on Reddit.
