Russell Howard gave Tory chairman James Cleverly a taste of his own medicine and it wins our vote
You’ll probably remember how Conservative chairman James Cleverly was at pains to defend the Tories’ doctoring of a video of Labour’s Keir Starmer earlier this week.
Here’s what Cleverly said about the video.
'We needed to shorten the video.'

And here’s the video itself, alongside the unedited video.

Anyway, the reason we’re here is because comedian Russell Howard has given Cleverly a taste of his own medicine on Twitter by doctoring, sorry editing, sorry, shortening these clips of the Tory party chairman.
And the results are very satisfying indeed.
If James Cleverly is happy for the Tories to doctor footage, surely he won't have a problem with this? #TheRussellHowardHour pic.twitter.com/QBuq1bW1G7

Wins our vote.
I don't understand, this doesn't look at all edited to me.
