This edited (not shortened) video of James Cleverly on Good Morning Britain is brilliantly done

Conservative party chairman James Cleverly has been appearing (and occasionally, not appearing) on TV and radio today defending a Tory party video which edited an answer given in a TV interview by shadow Brexit secretary, Keir Starmer.

Cleverly said it wasn’t doctored, just made shorter. In case you’re in any doubt which it was, Good Morning Britain did this.

The Conservatives have been criticised for editing a GMB interview with Labour's Kier Starmer.
