Spare a thought for this chap called Justin who was sent a reminder about an up-coming appointment and assumed he was talking to a bot, so did this, as shared by Redditor GallowBoob.

It’s the ‘Justin,’ bit that does it for us. We’re feeling uncomfortable just reading it.
