Boris Johnson’s entirely underwhelming Tory party conference speech did at least have one memorable moment.

The bit when he mocked people who were sceptical about alternative energy sources such as solar panels and wind farms.

Not for what he said, but who said it, as pointed out by Matt Chorley on Twitter.
