Thursday night’s Question Time was an unusual one, since the programme usually goes off air when parliament isn’t in session. However, this Schrödinger’s parliament, which is both prorogued and not prorogued, might be in session, and was due to sit anyway before Boris Johnson’s sleight of law, so Norwich played host to this question.
