Lawyers acting for 75 opposition MPs and peers argued Johnson’s decision to suspend parliament was illegal and in breach of the constitution because it was designed to stifle parliamentary debate and action on Brexit.

Boris Johnson prorogued parliament to get no deal, lost his majority live on TV, lost his first five votes (breaking the record for any PM he set himself at four), lost vote against no deal and now it turns out proroguing probably isn't legal anyway. A master tactician.
