Donald Trump talking on 9/11 about how he had the biggest tower has gone viral all over again
You have to see it to believe it is is probably an over-used phrase. But this Donald Trump interview in the immediate aftermath of the 9/11 attacks really does have to be seen to be believed.
It went viral today on the 18th anniversary of the terrorist attacks on New York’s World Trade Centre and Pentagon, which claimed more than 3,000 lives.
Trump was invited onto New Jersey’s local TV station, WWOR, and asked about one of his own buildings situated near the World Trade Centre site. This is what happened next.

’40 Wall Street actually was the second tallest building in downtown Manhattan, and it was actually, before the World Trade Centre, was the tallest. And then, when they built the World Trade Centre, it became known as the second tallest.
‘And now it’s the tallest.
‘I have a window that looks directly at the World Trade Centre, and I saw this huge explosion. I really couldn’t even believe it.
‘Now, I’m looking at absolutely nothing. It’s just gone. It’s just hard to believe.’
And no-one puts it better than Judd Apatow.
This is so insane it is amazing anyone can hear it and trust Trump on any issue. He is truly mad. https://t.co/iMAMUv8Ggo

Trump was the first man in history to be in three places at once. On 9/11, Donald was downtown being a first responder WHILE he was in NJ watching Muslims celebrate WHILE he was in Trump Tower calling TV stations to brag about his building now being the tallest! #LostTrumpHistory pic.twitter.com/G1LiN9vi4k

Who cares about one one of the biggest tragedies in world history if it means my building is now the biggest.
