Even if you’re not interested in football you probably can’t fail to have missed the Twitter spat currently on-going between former Newcastle and England teammates turned pundits, Michael Owen and Alan Shearer.
It started when Owen, who’s got a new book out, said he couldn’t wait to retire from the game and was less than complimentary about Shearer’s beloved Newcastle and his time playing there.
