This ironic cartoon of the Left’s ideal future is giving people squad goals

When lawyer, Lane – @HaygoodLaw, posted a tongue-in-cheek tweet about how the right-wing in the US view the left-wing agenda, he can’t have expected it to get the reaction it did. This is the image, and his ironic comment.

The cartoon, by left-leaning artist, Dan Collins, was intended to make fun of the political Right’s knee-jerk reaction to the Left, and it does that job perfectly.

Dan tweeted his reaction to those taking the cartoon at face value.

The fifteen-year timeline explains the Clinton statue. However, it’s Lane’s tweet that has been shared almost five thousand times, with over 15,000 replies and many more quote tweets.
