It’s always good for an outside news broadcast if the reporter can find an eyewitness to whatever the event is that’s being covered. What’s even better is if that person has a weird take and talks like this guy.

They need to hire that man. Just let him watch the news first and record his reactions and then sprinkle those into every story for levity.
