Very possibly you’ve experienced, like this woman, the unfortunate sensation of arriving at your hotel and realising you’ve forgotten to pack any spare underwear.
Most of us would go out and buy a new pair of pants or whatever. Not this woman though. Oh no.

The so-called hotel hack started doing the rounds on Twitter after it was shared by @whymummydrinks and it got exactly the reception it deserved.

But hot water will ‘set’ the stain, surely! Quite apart from the 🤢 over using a hotel kettle like that, from a practical point of view it won’t work. Rinse/wash with cold water.
