This mathematical mistake is so epic, it should be on the side of a bus

We know Maths isn’t everybody’s cup of tea, but it’s a crucial skill if you’re going to check your change, buy the best bargain in a shop, or order the right amount of wallpaper, but not – apparently – if you’re going to plan Brexit, when it’s an optional extra. Most of us can do straightforward calculations, however, but not the boyfriend of Han, if this screenshot of their conversation is anything to go by.

That’s some pretty impressive miscalculating, and definitely not what they mean when they talk about imaginary numbers. As much as that stands on its own as a masterpiece, some of the reactions were so on point, we couldn’t resist sharing.
