Compared to dogs and cats, lizards aren’t high on the list of desirable pets, and that may partly be because they’re seen as less entertaining – sitting around basking in the heat, eating and drinking, rolling their googly eyes about a bit. If we wanted to see that, we’d watch Love Island.
