Two penguins walk into a bar: a sushi bar – our 7 favourite comments
New Zealand police had some reoffenders on their hands when a pair of blue penguins – that’s their species, not their comedy style – came back for seconds after being safely escorted from a sushi bar in Wellington. Here are the culprits being removed for the second time.

The two little kororā showed a complete disregard for police authority after being removed from under a food truck, and returning later in the day. 😍😍 pic.twitter.com/i728NRe0LP— First Up (@FirstUpRNZ) July 15, 2019
What could it possibly be about the food truck selling raw fish delicacies that might be attracting penguins?
Anyway, people have taken the little chancers to their hearts, as have we, and here are just some of their new fans’ comments.

Did the police file the proper forms? Post a notice giving them 30 days to vacate? I'm no sure the penguins need to comply if procedures haven't been followed.
