A 15 y/o from Glasgow rinsed all 5 candidates to be Tory leader – 14 favourite responses

The real winner of the Tory leadership debate on BBC1 wasn’t Boris Johnson, Rory Stewart or any of the other three.

It was 15-year-old teenager Erin from Glasgow who went viral on Twitter because she might be a better bet for the Downing Street vacancy than any of the men on show.

Here’s what she asked.

“Can you promise that the environment will be your top priority if elected? Will you commit to net zero carbon emissions by 2025?”
