Jürgen Klopp had the ‘sixiest’ answer for critics who ask why he keeps losing finals

In case you hadn’t noticed, the all-English final of the Champions League took place on Saturday, with Liverpool coming out on top in a two-nil win over Tottenham Hotspur. It was Liverpool’s sixth European title, coming 14 years after their fifth, and after losing to Real Madrid last year, but it also followed on from manager Jürgen klopp’s losing streak of six finals, both with Liverpool and his former club, Borussia Dortmund.

When he was interviewed by Norwegian Viasport’s Jan Aage Fjortoft, he had a tuneful response to critics who say he can’t get his teams through a final.
