There’s a whole subreddit dedicated to people trying to get stuff for free, detailing the shocking lengths people will go to in order to try and get something on the cheap.
And this is a classic of its type, shared by Redditor Sunriseglow, after she was approached by the guy who runs her school feminist club (er, okay …) and wanted to commission a portrait of himself for his sick grandmother.
