A guy complained about this LGBT NHS badge and the hospital’s slapdown was brutal
Hospitals have started handing out an LGBT inclusive NHS badges to show they are an ‘open, non-judgmental and inclusive place for people that identity as LGBT+’.
Cambridgeshire hospitals were among those taking part, and took to Twitter to tell people all about them.
But some people weren’t happy about it. Specifically, this person called Neil who had this to say (in a since deleted tweet).
‘How about a straight badge?’
And the Cambridge hospital trust’s response was just brutal.
