People are brutally mocking the Change UK election bus – our 11 favourite takedowns
You can tell the Euro election campaigning has really begun in earnest when the big political parties unveil their ‘battle buses’.
And Change UK, formerly known as the Independent Group, formerly known as a bunch of politicians you mostly hadn’t heard of, have got an election bus all of their own.
And it’s, well, it’s really quite something to behold.

It prompted no end of piss-taking on Twitter, of which these are our favourites.
I didn't know you could print a Word document straight onto a bus https://t.co/XjcVn5HULy

It looks like a Tesco Value bus. Why can’t this lot get their act together?

This is genuinely what you’d get if someone told me to design a campaign bus in five minutes using nothing but Microsoft Paint. https://t.co/ZXrxMqIFnS

Their Union Flag is upside down 😄
— Tom Rose (@esortom) May 13, 2019
The flag being displayed upside down is a naval thing; it indicates to others that the sad-looking coach is suffering from illness, sickness and is quarantined to stop others boarding! Seems very appropriate 😉
