Defence Secretary Gavin Williamson has been sacked – the 17 best reactions
The former Defence Secretary – as of Wednesday – Gavin Williamson was sacked by Theresa may after an investigation into a security breach over a potential Huawei deal, for which he has denied culpability. It’s a shock sacking, as Williamson had been mostly very supportive of the Prime Minister, which makes him a very rare bird indeed. This is how the news broke.
