All those words that get on your nerves in one video – totes annoying
There are some words that just rub us up the wrong way, like – who actually needs to say “holibobs”? It’s not like it’s any shorter than the real word – and if you ever say “soz” to me, you should know upfront that I do not accept your apology, if that’s even what it was. Sketch duo, Mothers Ruined – a.k.a. Jayne Sharpe and Amanda Wilkie – have collected a whole bunch of those annoying words and phrases into the most irritating one-sided phone conversation you’ll hear.
Slanguage ~ a form of slang; slangy speech Aka all the words we hate (in one handy chat)
If that hasn’t made you cringe yourself inside out, you must be made of strong stuff. It’s certainly struck a nerve with some of the people who’ve viewed it so far.
Brilliant work, you two!

It was a genuine effort of will to watch that to the end! I was thinking "Is living my best life going to be there?", then when that box was horribly ticked, I thought "at least cheeky drinks weren't mentioned", then BANG! There it was! May take a week to unclench after that.

I don’t know what’s worse the fact that I know exactly what you are saying through the whole video of the fact that it’s now a sad way of life towards the English language as it is now….

Mission accomplished…it was eyebrow-curlingly horrific viewing! I hesitated to hit the like button, but it was a work of inspired genius!

Sky Sports presenter, Kelly Cates summed it up perfectly.
It’s like (very funny) nails down a blackboard
