“Honest Trailers” shines a darkly comic light on Tim Burton’s dark back catalogue

The Honest Trailers people have a Ronseal approach to their work, having allowed their biting honesty to ruin our childhoods with their take on Mary Poppins, ruined Christmas with what they said about Elf, and laughed way too hard while we were still crying over Avengers: Infinity War. They’ve now turned their attention to every Tim Burton film, because it turns out that he uses so many recognisable tropes, they can do that easily and save a lot of time.

At almost six minutes, it’s a fairly long watch in an era of short attention spans, but it’s worth it. Some highlights include:
