This mash-up of classic TV shows “Brum” and “Knight Rider” is wheelie amazing
If you’re of a certain age, you’ll remember a joyous little programme from the 90s about the adventures of a replica 1920s Austin 7, named “Brum”. The plucky little car would head out for the day from his home in the Cotswold Motoring Museum before foiling robberies, helping people out and never once being ticketed for traffic violations.
Here’s the classic opening sequence, in case you’re too young to know how it went.
Quaint and wholesome, right? However, the Curious British Telly Twitter account has shared this little overdub that makes Brum seem a lot cooler than usual.
Brum is much more atmospheric and edgy with the Knight Rider theme tune. pic.twitter.com/SeYpG7wmYj

If you think about it, Brum is basically the Midlands version of Kitt, so it all makes sense. There was a lot of love for the upgrade.
This is BRILLIANT!

Can see him now talking to Hasselhoff in a hybrid Kit robot voice with a thick Birmingham accent

Several people asked the same question …
Now we need Knight Rider with Brum's theme.
