An accidental voice-over at the end of Theresa May’s speech spoke for a nation
As Theresa May ended her speech, turned her back on the watching world and returned to her charging point, or whatever it is she does inside Number 10, an exasperated exclamation was picked up by the microphones. Have a listen.

In case you didn’t catch that, it was simply the words
“Oh, please.”
Respect to the Sky News employee who whispered "oh please" after the PM finished her statement

It was probably one of Theresa may's advisors. "Oh please don't fall over"

On the live feed of the PM’s statement could swear I heard someone say “oh please” just after @theresa_may finished speaking. Clearly someone wasn’t convinced.

Credit to whoever it was at Sky who whispered “Oh please…” as Theresa May made her dramatic staged exit. #MayStatement pic.twitter.com/5mpsmDvCJd
