Author Matt Haig’s Brexit – climate change comparison is spot on
With 97 per cent of relevant scientists convinced by the data that man-made climate change is real, it would be fair to assume that the argument had been won – but it hasn’t. Every day, people with influence make shockingly inaccurate statements questioning the science and millions of people fall for their nonsense.

Author, Matt Haig, recently made an excellent point about the denial of climate change versus the acceptance of Brexit as the “will of the people”.
Amazing the amount of people who think 52 per cent is a conclusive Brexit result but won’t accept the 98 per cent of scientists who believe we should take urgent action on climate change.

Twitter user, @tommycockles9, voiced one of the reasons climate change denial is a problem online.
98% consusenus, but there's always a lone internet warrior on hand with a graph made on Paint revealing 'the truth'.

How can we possibly argue with a graph made on Paint?
