14 epic takedowns of a Brexiter’s awkward Swiss border fail
Journalist and vocal Brexiter, Quentin Letts, thought he’d made a very clever jibe at the expense of those expressing concern about the Northern Irish border – he hadn’t.

What a simple Google search might have shown Mr Letts is that Switzerland has, since 2008, operated within the Schengen area, abolishing border control from other Schengen Area countries. Of course, Twitter soon demonstrated a similar lack of boundaries in its insistence on pointing out the error.
