Comedy sketch-writing duo, Jayne Sharp and Amanda Wilkie, or ‘Mothers Ruined‘, know what a woman really wants for Valentine’s Day, and they’ve expressed it in the most appropriate way – in verse.

Their Facebook video is even introduced with this beautiful poem …

“February 14th is nearly here
A day some love, a day some fear
But we’re here in our own unique way
To show you the reality of Valentine’s Day…”

They’re not wrong.
