Back in the old days if you wanted to preserve your anonymity in the event of a massive win on the football pools, for instance, all you had to do was tick a box.
These days it appears to be rather more complicated than that. At least, it was for this super lotto winner in Jamaica who went to extreme lengths to disguise their identity.
