Jake Gyllenhaal correcting how this guy says ‘melancholy’ is both brutal and beautiful
We’ve always loved Jake Gyllenhaal and now we love him even more after the actor appeared at the Sundance festival to talk about his new movie alongside co-stars and director Dan Gilroy.
It’s the bit when Gilroy starts to wax lyrical about another of the film’s stars, Rene Russo, and, well, have a watch for yourself.

It’s not only the way the director pronounces ‘melancholy’, it’s the brutal (and beautiful) way Gyllenhaal puts him right.
We can’t stop watching it, and neither can these people.
I HAVE WATCHED THIS 15 TIMES he is so…zesty!!!

And then these people joined in.
there can be 100 people in a room and 99 of them won't correct your pronunciation, but all it takes is one
