To get an even clearer idea of just how much nonsense Donald Trump spouts, it turns out you can learn a lot by turning him down to half speed.
Then it becomes clear exactly what sort of logic he deals in. The logic of the drunk guy at the bar (although that might be unfair to the drunk guy at the bar).
