You’d have got decent odds on a documentary about Bros on BBC4 being the most talked about programme of the festive period.

Except, well, that’s pretty much what the 90-minute film, After the Screaming Stops, has become, a real-life Spinal Tap which is part Partridge, part Brent, all gold.
