This was absolutely the most cringeworthy way to start the year
Pretty much every country featured some kind of televised countdown towards midnight as the year changed from 2018 to 2019, and the Netherlands had theirs on a show called Top 200, where this incredibly awkward moment was broadcast to the nation.
