What’s the worst shopping substitution you’ve had? 18 unexpected items in the bagging area
In the run-up to Christmas, people often choose to order their shopping rather than brave the panicking hoards, which is a great idea until the shop comes up against an item they don’t have and is forced to give the customer an alternative. Such substitutions can be a little illogical, as Twitter user Clare Brown discovered when she ordered cranberry sauce.
