The new episode of Charlie Brooker’s Black Mirror is interactive and it’s blowing people’s minds
A new episode of Charlie Brooker’s Black Mirror went live on Netflix today and there’s something extra special about this one.

It’s an interactive, choose your own adventure affair which will ring true with anyone who played those ‘Fighting Fantasy’ books back in the day (or any number of similar things, no doubt).
Oh holy hell it is a Choose Your Own Adventure, they’ve actually done it. https://t.co/H35r0uKYRT

And it’s blowing people’s minds.
Without spoilers – the whole film is CYOA. Options appear at the bottom of the screen and you tap when prompted.
Amazingly, the screen does not fade to black or stops. The film continues with your option chosen as if you never tapped it.
This is astounding.

“‘Bandersnatch’ comes with 5 possible endings. Viewers who choose the quickest path, and decide against any do-overs, can make it through the film in around 40 minutes. The average viewing time is around 90 minutes.” https://t.co/7Codm9UU0K

And this is what it looks like.
Without being too specific on plot here, here’s how it looks.
This won’t be available on some Smart TVs or Apple TV, but they say is available on iOS and devices. pic.twitter.com/Zl0UoW9W3u
