This cracker joke bamboozles people every Christmas and 2018 was no different
This rubbish Christmas cracker joke has become as much a part of the festive tradition as watching the Queen’s speech and checking what time the Boxing Day sales start.
This year it was BBC Breakfast presenter Dan Walker’s turn to share his confusion with the world.

And he wasn’t alone. Of course he wasn’t alone.
Had it last year. Ruined Xmas Day

Except, well, there IS an explanation, there really is. The biggest mystery is why no-one’s bothered to correct it.
Had that last year. Good to see no one’s been bothered to sort it out in the mean time. The world of crackers is in sfae hdans

And here it is.
Think it's supposed to say Coffin Medicine?

It’s a font thing, see.
It's a simple typo where the font the printers used doesn't have the ffi symbol (all joined together rather than separate letters). Should be coffin medicine. Still a crap joke.

And this is what it looks like when it’s done properly.
