This off-the-cuff Facebook conversation between a wanted man and the police is bizarrely touching

Because we live in the 21st century, police forces use social media to share information about wanted criminals. It’s worth trying, but it won’t always work. When Richland WA Police posted a wanted notice on Facebook for Anthony Akers for failure to comply, however, it worked like a charm.

This was the hilarious conversation that ensued.


Unfortunately for the police, he didn’t hand himself in, and Facebook users jumped into the conversation.



Richland Police reached out again.
