A woman called Julia shared the furious response of a guy who she rejected on Tinder and it went viral because it was terrifying and creepy – and because so many women could relate to it.
Here’s what Julia had to say.
i rejected a man today, who found me off tinder but we did not match. this is how the conversation ended after i said 6 times i was not interested. pic.twitter.com/AfQX2tWCK9

Lots of people found it only too relatable. Here are some of the replies that people shared most.

“You have no reason to say no.”
*Is the living embodiment of several reasons to say no*

One that I got after mentioning previously that I wasn’t interested (nicely) as this was a site where people can message you whether you’re interested or not. pic.twitter.com/XOFvQU6KiZ

This type of guy is reason why I bought myself a fake engagement ring to wear at work. I will say that instead of getting pressured to give out my number I get told “he’s a lucky guy” or “if it doesn’t work out, call me”.

This is so scary. He is potentially dangerous. I rejected a male friend once via text, and he wanted reasons WHY I wasn’t interested in him. Thankfully he is no longer a friend of mine or in my life

So by his rationale a woman on a dating site must accept a date from ANY man on that site, otherwise she shouldn’t be allowed to use the service.
Or be alive.

Not everyone quite understood though.
I love the dude who refused to take no for an answer without a logical reason. He has a point. You don’t have any right to be on a dating website if you actually don’t want to date. You cannot approbate and reprobate at the same time.

are you aware that i did not match with him on the “dating” site? he messaged me on instagram with a private account so i didn’t even know what he looked like. a stranger with no face/name asked me out so i obviously said no. and btw i don’t need a reason to reject people 🙂
